Money Pies — Terms of Service

The service

Money Pies is a personal budgeting app. The free tier is fully functional for manual budgeting; paid subscriptions (Pro, Ultra) add features like AI receipt scanning, goals, live investment prices, forecasts and alerts.

Subscriptions

• Billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at purchase (e.g. Pro £3.99/month or £39.99/year; Ultra £12.99/month or £119.99/year). Prices may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that date. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, not by us. For App Store purchases, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Downgrading or lapsing never deletes your data — paid features simply lock until you upgrade again.

Money Pies shows your own numbers back to you, including forecasts, projections and third-party market prices. These are informational estimates, may be inaccurate or delayed, and are not financial advice. Make investment and money decisions on your own judgement or with a qualified adviser.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service (e.g. attempting to breach other users' data, reselling AI access, or automated bulk use of AI features). We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Pies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
